How do I gen a Pokémon that will work in LOCAL battles?

I am trying to gen some Pokemon for my OR game using PKHeX and the RAM Browser technique. I can get Pokemon into the game but I cannot trade or battle with them. I am just using this for a few battles with my friends who are using Powersaved Pokemon.

Could someone help me out? Guide me through the process of making legal Pokemon? Thanks!

Before I ask further on the Legality section, do you mind if I ask how exactly can you get / find an SID?
