I'm using the PKHex+Save Editor technique, and as we know, illegal pokemon cannot be traded over wi-fi. I recently did a Genesect giveaway where i downloaded a .pkm file and that one worked. I have tried to make my own Shaymin, but it will not go through. Can you guys look at the build and tell me that is wrong?
