Any way to transfer my pokemon from colosseum/XD to 3rd gen?

As the title say I want to transfer my colosseum pokemon(on dolphin) to 3rd gen and ultimately 6th gen.

Now since the dolphin vba method still doesn't work.

Are there any tools or even say a manual method to do this process.

Rather than hacking Pokemon I prefer to transfer my original ones.

If you provide your Colosseum save file, along with your trainer name and ID, I wouldn't mind poking around to see if I can find the Pokemon data. A screenshot of your party and Box 1 wouldn't hurt either.
