Pokegen unable to determine the save file game (using R4i Save Dongle)

Just got the R4i save dongle today to be able to modify my Black 2 game, and when I tried to upload my save file to my computer and then open it in Pokegen, I get this error: "Unable to determine the save file game. Select from the list below to force it to be treated as being from a particular game." I tried anyways after selecting Black 2/White 2, but it did not seem to work when I tried uploading. Any idea why it is not recognizing the save file? Thanks

I've had the same problem, and I solved it by updating the SaveDongle. Other than that, I don't know.
