B/W: Batch Editing OT ID/SID

I've done a fair bit of searching around on how to perform batch editing on modifying Pokemon IDs and have come up with nothing.

What I'm trying to accomplish is modifying the ID and SID of a group of many Pokemon at once if possible. When I was younger I had used a save editor on my Pearl version to change my trainer ID, which has resulted in many Pokemon I have captured having an invalid ID. I'd like to change the OT back on my Pokemon before transferring them up to X/Y. All Pokemon I'd like to change currently have the same OTID/SID but going through each one step by step is somewhat time consuming. Is there a tool that will allow me batch edit these values for a White 1 save? Has the legitimacy of these Pokemon already been ruined having been transferred once (pearl->white1) with an incorrect SID/ID combo? I had tried using a hex editor but the save is encrypted if I'm not mistaken.

I wasn't able to reproduce this error when I tried it (using a copy of Pokémon Black). Can you possibly PM me the save file you tried (before and after)?
