can some one please help me out?

basically im a noob at this and i have no idea how it works ;_;

i read the FAQ but it got me nowhere...i feel really stupid :l

all i want to do is edit some one my pokemon, can some one please guide me step by step? I have AR and i downloaded Pokesav....i just don't know where to go from there...
