Guys, I just want to ask you a question that keeps bugging me until now. Can Pokegen Pokemon enter the VGC if in Pokecheck, their legality analysis is green and yellow with no red sign? Kindly please answer this. Thank you

Short answer...yes.

The only way a pokemon can't enter the VGC is if they are considered hacks by the checks. Pokecheck is the best site to check the legality of a pokemon.

Side note: You shouldn't be trying to use a hacked pokemon at the VGC anyway. If you get caught, you will be banned. End of discussion. Using a hacked pokemon is considered cheating and ultimately, defeats the whole point of competing at the VGC, as it gives you the upper hand. You should never use one at a competition! RNG is the best way to obtain legal pokemon as Nintendo themselves consider it ok to do.
