BPSpike Posted May 10, 2013 Posted May 10, 2013 Anyone knows what's the correct PID method or IV spread that was used for this pokemon? I'm mainly curious as many the ones floating around on the pokecheck GTS return a valid gen 3 egg PID there, and a hacked berry glitch zigzagoon warning on the old sabresite's legal.exe (which I know it's outdated, but it just seems wierd).
Poryhack Posted May 10, 2013 Posted May 10, 2013 Sabresite built berry fix zigzagoon checks into his program; legal spreads shouldn't say hacked.
BPSpike Posted May 10, 2013 Author Posted May 10, 2013 I know Sabresite built in the checks into his program in the 53-xx or 54-xx. What I don't understand is what method is used to generate the legal ones and what's exactly the difference when the only change in some of them is just the... and IV/spread. Thanks for clarifying that just in case .
BPSpike Posted May 12, 2013 Author Posted May 12, 2013 Yay, found out what exactly was the difference between those zigzagoons passing the legal.exe check and the ones which weren't making it. The valid PID is generated on the Gamecube with a different PID method than the other (invalid and illegal) ones. Somehow Pokecheck isn't recognizing this difference. But at least now I can rest at ease knowing what method they used
