Where can I get an action replay or one of the hardware items neccessary to transfer things?

If you have access to The Internet, you have the ability to look up phone numbers of nearby game retailers and ask them. You also have access to places like Amazon.com and other online retailers.

You don't need an AR or flash cart to "Transfer things". Most of it can be done online via PokeGen (computer software), PokeGTS.us (online Pokegen), or Pokecheck.org (uploads of legit Pokemon) though it does require an Internet connection.

The only thing a flash cart or AR can do that the online stuff can't is activating in-game events such as PokeWalker courses and key items.
