Pokegen location help

Alright, sorry if this is the wrong section, but this is the closest I could find to a section for my question.

I am using Pokegen for White ( both a little outdated, don't really wanna take the time to update, at least not while I'm halfway done with what I'm trying to do ) and I was going to make a legitimate Giratina. However, in the " Met " tab, it still says the game it was met in is Black/White. I would like to change this so it would be meet in SoulSilver, in the Ruins of Alph, Arceus event etc.

But I can't. I heard ( But don't know if it's true ) that you need a 4th gen Pokegen. ( Which I couldn't find the download to that either. My bad! ) It's just not an option. So I was wondering if you guys could help me with this. Incase you need to know, I'm running Pokegen 3.0.0b32 and Desmume 9.6.0.

Edit: Also, if it helps I have a legit Giratina from Soul Silver ( pretty much exact conditions I need ) from the Arceus event, so is there any way I could transfer him if anything else doesn't work?

You can transfer Pokemon from Gen 4 to Gen 5 using Pokecheck.org
