PokeGen C-Gear Question?

Hi can someone explain how to use the C-Gear Background I would like to try it but I don't know how to change. Bmp for the right format for the PokeGen, can some help me. A program to change format would be great. Please and Thanks.

If all you're wanting are official C-gear skins, then the link Codr provided is all you need.

However, if it's custom images you want, there's a tutorial for that:

Custom C-Gear Skins with PokeGen[Tutorial + Resource]

There are already some neat custom skins there, but you can submit requests as well. There is also a basic walkthrough of the process for changing your C-Gear skin.
