C-Gear Background Need Help! Info inside!

Hi Does anyone know how to make a C-Gear Background using PokeGen? I wanted to try to make my own C-gear and I use PokeGen but I need a format .cgb or .psk does anyone know a program I can use to change my .bmp to .cgb or .psk format. Please and Thanks

There's a tutorial for that:

Custom C-Gear Skins with PokeGen[Tutorial + Resource]

There are already some neat custom skins there, but you can submit requests as well. There is also a basic walkthrough of the process for changing your C-Gear skin.
