Downloading Gimp Brushes

Kay, guys, I just downloaded a gimp brush set from Deviantart and I extracted the files, but I have NO idea how to get it into Gimp now... lol

I opened it, but all it did was take me into Gimp with the brush as the image. I don't know how to convert it into a brush. I tried messing around with the settings a little bit, such as "edit brush" and "new brush", but none of them seem to work for me... =/

I was thinking that some of the graphic artists would be able to help me... that includes you, Narwhal, and Telos. lol
