Is This Team Any Good?

Hey, so I'm a total noob when it comes to competitive battling, and I tried to put a team together. I was hoping someone will be able to give me a little feedback or suggest any changes that I should make to the team that I created... it'll most likely need a lot lawl.

Anyways, this is the team that I created:

Azelf @ Focus Sash – Lead

Ability: Levitate

EVs: 64 Atk / 252 SpA / 192 Spe

Naive nature (+Spe, -SpD)

- Psychic

- Explosion

- Stealth Rock

- Taunt

Skarmory @ Leftovers / Shed Bell - Physical wall

Ability: Sturdy

EVs: 252 HP / 232 Def / 24 Spe

Impish nature (+Def, -SpA)

- Roost

- Spikes

- Whirlwind

- Brave Bird

Blissey @ Leftovers - Special wall

Ability: Natural Cure

EVs: 4 HP / 252 Def / 252 SpD

Calm nature (+SpD, -Atk)

- Aromatherapy

Gyarados @ Life Orb - Physical sweeper

Ability: Moxie

Giratina - O @ Griseous Orb - Mixed attacker

Ability: Levitate

EVs: 248 Atk / 252 SpA / 8 Spe

Naughty nature (+Atk, -SpD) or (+Atk, -Def)

- Draco Meteor

- Shadow Sneak

- Dragon Tail

- Hidden Power Fire

Unfortunately I haven't thought about strategy yet, but I'd rather have my team sorted before I can begin to create proper strategies for actual matches. What do you guys think? Do I need to make any major changes and what should they be?

I'm going to assume this is standard battle, but Giratina is generally banned from standard play. Try something else in its place.

Also, the Gen V metagame is not friendly with lead battles, as there is Team Preview, where they see you have an Azelf and can accordingly switch orders to put whatever they want to defeat Azelf. Looking at your Azelf, it doesn't look like it has much of a role outside of lead really.
