Orcamania5 Posted June 21, 2009 Posted June 21, 2009 I found a problem with Italian PKTOPIA Electivire. When I put into Legality Checker vB54-5, at the bottom, it noted 'Hacked Pokemon'. Is it the program's fault? because I downloaded Italian PKTOPIA Elec. at the main website.
