Secret Key is already known to activate another forms of Rotom(로토무 - Ro To Mu). The event occurs at 8th floor of Sin Se Gae department store during July 4th and 5th, 2009. The official site have hidden the specific time and decided to reveal it at June 26th as of Korean time. Requirements of the Secret Key notes that the player must obtain National Pokedex within the Platinum version of the game and must seek of a banner that notes the Secret Key in the event building. 3rd Source: http://pokemonkorea.co.kr/platinum/main.asp The official website of South Korean Platinum Pokemon Game have written that there are total of three methods to obtain the Secret Key. Method 1: Through the event at Sin Se Gae Department Store Method 2: Through the Wi-Fi event (More specific information to be released at July 2nd) Method 3: Through the place known as 'Friendly Shop' (More specific information to be released at July 2nd) PS: I will be able to obtain one of the secret keys from Wi-Fi to Korean Platinum.
