Save file pokemon white, plus some problems with no$gba

I use the emulator no$gba X2, incluided in WinDsPro.

When I play (or at least try to play) pokemon white, i save but I dont get any safe file, I think i might solve this problem by getting a save file, if you have experienced this, please tell me how you solved.

So, please...could I have a starting save file? (jusrt starting, without anything else than oshawott please ) without complete pokedex or all legendarys or things like that, just like if you were starting your game with oshawott.

PD: North american version plz
