So I was looking around this board, and I was wondering exactly what Pokegen was, and how to use it. I couldn't find anything to help me, so if someone could explain it to me, or give me a link to somewhere that I overlooked, I would be greatly appreciative

Have you ever used programs that loaded files?

Examples: Notepad, MSPaint, Word, etc

File-->Load is self-explanatory.

"If you can't figure out how to do something, read the tooltips" is also self-explanatory.
