Requesting D/P/Pt Map Editor

My game has a few glitches which I would like to fix with something like this. I am not requesting a map editor because I want to hack the game and change cities etc. I just want it so that I can fix the glitches. I do not want it to stay edited when I start a new game, I just want it to affect the current save file. I want it to delete the glitches by removing tiles and being able to change them to what they should be like. I would like it to be able to delete sprites of people and pokemon on tiles but to keep what is beneath them. Thank you. I want it solely for diamond.

Like File > open save file > pokemon diamond.sav and then the map pops up and is editable. When a tile or sprite is clicked on, it highlights the hex value of that sprite or tile, with a hex guide telling you what each hex value is for, kind of like CrystalTile in a way.

ROFL, you do realize it takes weeks or months for someone to create a fully working map editor? Why would anyone do this just for you to fix any glitches you got by probably using stupid cheat codes? Not that this would fix your glitches anyways...

Yes, I am aware how hard it is to create a program like this and I know it would take a long time. I believe there were a group of members already trying to do this, but they discontinued the project.
