Miltank Request

I have a Miltank that was hatched in my game. I would like to trade it to someone who can do pokesav and trades, and have it edited accordingly:

Ability changed to scrappy.

Max out the IVs and give it the following EV spread:

252 HP / 224 Def / 32 Spe

And the Moves:

~ Heal Bell

~ Milk Drink

~ Stealth Rock

~ Body Slam

Everything else is fine on it, I just want that stuff changed. Thank you to who ever helps me out. ^^ I'd send you a cookie if I could.
