UnderXRay Posted May 27, 2009 Posted May 27, 2009 i did make it but at the end it turned out unrestricted instead of restricted, and i think there is a change in the IVs but im not 100% sure.

Aarux Posted May 28, 2009 Posted May 28, 2009 And I thought this would be easy... haha, boy, was I wrong. I've used plenty of Timid, Type 4... they all show up as Unrestricted in the Legality Checker. It almost seems impossible. @_@
