Guested Posted October 16, 2011 Posted October 16, 2011 Blissey will be available to meet in Japanese Dream Worlds via serial number this holiday season. Between November 19 and December 25, if you go to the special area in a Pokemon Center store and say "Merry Christmas" to the staff there, they'll give you a Mini Calendar Card with a serial number on it that you can use to meet Blissey. (Blissey's Hidden Ability is Healer) More details after Oct 29.
