AR for Korean BW?

I don't want any big...just want to know if there's an AR for Korean Black and White for IV/EV checking, like with Japanese (don't know about English or any other language, since I only play Japanese and Korean BW)? If anyone knows where I can find that code for Korean BW, please do tell me. >_<"

PS. A little off-topic, but where should I post or to who should I ask if I want to need some help with international PGL. I just want to know how to sign up for the Korean one. ._."

Dunno about the first part, because I don't use AR.

But, as with most online things in Korea, I've heard you need a Korean social security ID to sign up for the Dream World.... so you might not have much luck if you don't live there.
