How do I send a pokemon to Pokemon Black Version?

1st make the .pkmn file then go to http://www.pokegts.us/upload_file.php and upload that file, change the primary DNS on the setting stuff in the opening menu of the game, save and go to the gts to make global trade. you can find it on youtube if you havent understood what i said

You can use that, or IR-GTS-BW/ShinyGTS/DTS, etc.

(If you're only downloading a couple files, though, and not a full on distribution, pokegts.us is easiest.)
