Want a Legit Surf & Playing Pikachu for GTS

I would like this to work on GTS. SO Idk what I need to do but please help.

If your using the 5th gen games, then it won't be legit since when you transfer pokemon from the 4th to 5th gen, you have to delete HM moves so surf and fly have to be deleted to be legit and yes i know that won't make them surfing/flying pikachu but thats the only way to make them legit.
