My Black and White Wi-Fi Team Help

I have been really looking to make a Legit team for Wi-Fi Battles. I have read the Guide by wraith89 ,but I need Help picking My members. I am looking for a team that has their weakness covered by other Pokemon. In my team, I want to know what types of pokemon i should put. What I mean by that is types like Lead, Physical Attacker, Special Attacker, Utility, Stalling, Support, etc.

So far, I already have a lead. And NO, I AM NOT COPYING T-Bird's Jirachi lead. It just so happens that i have one:

Jirachi @ Expert Belt

Trait: Serene Grace

EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SAtk / 252 Spd

Naive Nature (+Spd, -SDef)

- Iron Head

- Fire Punch

- Ice Punch

- U-turn

I got another cool pokemon that i can use. Its GLISCOR My favorite pokemon It covers both weaknesses of Jirachi. Also Jirachi covers his ice weakness! I just dont know what kind of pokemon it is. as in Physical Attacker, Special Attacker, Utility, Stalling, Support, etc.
