I don't even know where the IP address is. The IP address I'm supposed to enter on my DS. DNS Number. Please help, somebody? If you are in the need of more details of my situation..I'm sorry. Madisson
In Shiny GTS try to set your IP to your local pc IP. i.E 192.168.5.2 than go to your router seconds go to port forwarding and open port 80 tcp and 53 udp. Importand is that you assume all the pcs that you use. than change your ds dns server to the same ip that your pc have. Now it should work. Maybe you need also a port acception in the Windows firewall.
YoshiOG1
When I enter the code and test the connection it says something about not being able to connect to the internet... What do I do? Don't test the connection. It will always say that it's "unable to connect," but it should still work when you connect to the GTS in-game. Also, you should open ports 53 and 80 by typing your local IP into the address bar of your browser. From there, go to port forwarding and open the ports.
