Need help getting Pokemon I sav'd to my game :(

Hi guys, the problem I have is that I don't have a flashcard or R4 to upload these Pokemon I made in Pokesav and I also don't have a wifi router so I can't use a fake GTS to transfer them

So I need someone to please upload/transfer them to their 4th gen game and then trade them to my Diamond.. (They are box Pkmn)

Please guys help me because I really really need these Pokemon soon and I know that this is weird because I just joined the forums but I'm desesperate because no one else wants to help me

What you would need is an Action Replay. If you lack said object, you can't export the XML file to the ARDS code manager.
