Generated PKM denied by Random Matchup?

After creating and running the new setup I'm going to try and passing the legality checker it seems that either all, or a select few (don't have the tenacity to check every single one) cannot enter into the Wi-Fi random battles.

Could someone please check up on my .pkm files and check to see if everything checks out? I can't find what's wrong.

I have since fixed the TID and SID on them all to match my own, but the problem persists. Any insight on someone who has actually accomplished editing Pokemon and using them on the global network/in events?

UPDATE: Tested everything, seems the Dragonite has something wrong with it. Will be attempting to fix the issue (if I can find it at least).

Problem solved, Dragonite had an ability that was not in his available movesets.
