Give this a try. You had no ability selected and no location. Ability should have been Inner Focus and Location (Poketransfer).

wifi wont work atm but I do not see poketransfer as my location is my pokegen just out dated

You can download the most recent version Here.

(Poketransfer) is only for Pokemon that were transferred from a Gen IV game such as D/P/Pt/HG/SS.

It depends on the pokemon you are trying to make and It moveset. Here is a guide that I'm sure will help out a lot Creating Legal Gen V Pokemon with PokeGen

If your making Gen IV pokemon on B/W then try making it appear as tho hatched. Location would be Day Care Couple (G4) and hatched location would be (Poketransfer) its on the very top of the list.
