any signs this pokemon is hacked?

the only thing I did is have the encounter shiny AR code on, so I'm not sure if there would be something wrong with his PID or not, somewhat new to all the legality checking lol

also when I run it through Legal.exe it says the type is COMMON NDS (A-B-C-D) just curious what that means, is that the same as Normal NDS that is in the readme?

There is no positive indication as to whether the Pokemon is hacked. The only thing is the pokerus; which is something you don't need a hack to achieve. Looks good to me.
