Are you using AR, Flash Cart, ir-GTS, or Pokemon Selector?

I'm using an R4, pokegen and pokesav, and Blissey worked

Wait I'm dumb, I checked some pokes in PokeGen and I had some over EV'd and some egg fails. Gligar, Tyranitar, Excadrill, and Blissey are fine now I think. I haven't tested them but I'm pretty sure I found my mistake. Now it's just Lucario that needs fixing.
