What am i doing wrong??? HELP

So i have been using pokegen for a while now and the way I do it is make my poke, use the code generater, and manually record the code into the action replay (Had problems with the AR program) and it was working perfectly. I have created many wifi legal pokes and have never had any problems. Then my dad comes along and exits out of pokegen which somehow deleted my original download of the program. So I download it again (black and white version) and start creating some guys on it and plug their codes in. Then I start my game and press my activate button and try to access my PC...as soon as I press withdraw pokemon I get a blue screen that says "an error has occurred" or something like that. I have tried multiple pokes with different codes and nothing is working. How did this happen? Can anyone help me out????

This could be do to some problems with the code. Are you sure the code is for your current version?

I am not sure if it is or not...but I am using the pokegen beta for black and white, the target game is set to black/white so I don't think it is...

What Pokemon are you trying to make work? I'll make one and if it works then compare the two Pokemon and see what you did wrong.

That would really help thanks...im trying to make a drizzle Politoed for battles with my friends (I know it wont work on random wifi). It has a calm nature, drizzle of course and holds leftovers. EVs: HP=252, SAtk=88, SDef=168. IVs: HP=31, SAtk=31, SDef=31. Attacks: -Rest, -Protect, -Toxic, -Scald. I dont know how specific you want to make it this is just the one I was trying to make when I got the "error occurred" message for accessing my Withdrawls. Again thanks for the help

Alright bro. I've got it. Since you didn't give me the game you want it for, I will just give you the .pkm file and then from there you can generate the Action Replay code yourself. Post back with the results.

I got Politoed through the WiFi check on the GTS and Random Battles with it's DW ability :creep: I updated the DrowningFish_Politoed.pkm that was attached to this post. Post back with the results.

Edit 3:

I manually changed the Politoed's PID to make it a shiny Pokemon. It passes the WiFi check in the GTS and Random Battles with it's DW ability. Updated DrowningFish_Politoed.pkm that WAS attached to this post to DrowningFish_Politoed-DWA-Female-Shiny.pkm. Post back with the results. This was a big find for me :biggrin:

Wow nice job dude that is a big find! I am not very good with .pkm files as I have never used them before but I do have pokemon white version. Anyways what exactly do I do with the file? I am not a native Windows user either

With the .pkm file you can alter the stats of Politoed with the help of PokeGen.

1. Download PokeGen
   
2. Once downloaded, open it up
   
3. Go to File --> Load and select any .pkm file you may have
   
4. From there, PokeGen will load the Pokemon's stats giving you the power to change them to your liking.
   
5. Once your done with the edit, save and replace
   
6. *If you would like to generate a Action Replay code then go here... Tools --> Code Generator

Huh well its still saying "error occurred" everytime I activate the code and access my PC so I gess maybe my save file is corrupted or something wierd thing is the game works fine with the action replay or without it allowing me to access boxes and everything until I active a code and try to withdraw...Thanks for the help with the codes anyways man I think maybe I just need a new game or something.

My friend had a similar problem. It could be when you generated the code you had the game set to Black instead of White (or vice versa). When you use the code generator, make sure you have the right game set.
