What is wrong with my Hydreigon?

I am using legit stats, moves, legit met information, my own Secret ID, etc. I can't see any problems with it.

If someone could help, I'd be really happy.

I was able to get into a random battle on wifi with it. Try leaving the pokemons PID blank then save it. Start up you game withdraw it from the pc and then try. People have been having this problem recently and I have no idea why.
