Game keeps freezing when I load a pokemon on Soul Silver

Having a some trouble uploading this. I cross 1st pokemon in party and party member amount just befre I save as xml, and yeah the game just freezes. If anyone can take a look at my dragonite and fix it wil you please? and tell me exactly what I did wrong so I know how to do it in the future. Thanks!

the only thing I can find odd is the locations which I changed for you to see if it still messes up. Also keep in mind it might not even be the pkm file causing the problem but the code itself. Or you can try this code
