Deoxys not having right stats when sent from using Pokegen and ir-gts

Hi I have been having problems creating a Deoxys speed form when making one in Pokegen. Usually I can just make everything legit Except the area that says where it was caught because that does not matter, all I am doing with the pokemon is battling online using friend codes.

So the problem is I set the deoxys on speed form, set its IVs and give it a bold nature, I then uncheck shiny and generate a PID using the option 1, I have also tried the option 10 and 11 because I hear that is for event pokemon.

I set the EVs to the legal ammount totaling 508, the orgin I put as ruby and the location as far away place caught ina pokeball. I am not sure what to put for level met at so I just used 40. The moveset are all moves it can learn and I set the ID as mine and the name as mine, I don't know my secret ID so I never put one.

In Pokegen it totals these stats and this EV spread Bold 252HP/150spe/55spD/48/Def

HP:304

ATK:179

DEF:250

SpA:200

SpD:225

Spe:433

But when it enters my game it says it has these stats still bold

HP:304

ATK:279

DEF:162

SpA:310

SpD:145

Spe:373

To me this is very weird, it gets really high SpA and Atk and really low defense while its HP stays the same and speed is lower.

I have tried 5 different times trying different things, I have sometimes clicked faithful encounter and shiny/non shiny verisons.

If anyone could please help me and tell me what is happening with this I would greatly appreciate it.

oh ok I think I got it attatched.

I tried that but he still just showed up in my party with those stats again. He is in the form of speed deoxys with the stats of the regular deoxys.
