Question about my Porygon-Z, Hitmonchan and Scizor

Just made these 3 Pokemon for my copy of Pokemon white (UK) [Actual game cartrage and not ROM] and for the first time ever, I cannot use them in random Wifi - i have never had this issue before and so here I am, kindly asking someone with a better working technical knowledge of the subject to point out what I have done (if anything) wrong.

Hitmonchan has too many EVs (515) and Porygon-Z and Scizor both have Gen 4 only moves. Porygon-Z with Dark Pulse and Scizor with Superpower. If you would like to keep the moves change the origin to Platinum and location to (Poketransfer).
