I have almost the same Weavile but you can just change whatever you want on it but it should work on Random Wi-fi. I just ran it thru KazoWars poketransfer program so im sorry if anything is wrong on it. Oh and Poketransfer is the only way to keep Gen 4 only moves on a pokemon and still let it thru Random Wi-fi.
