First time using PokeGen, not WiFi legal

Here is my team, this is my first time making a team and transferring it over so I am not sure whats wrong, also the legality checker won't work for me. Any help is appreciated!

I am turning using the code generator tool to export it as an xml then just putting that on my action replay.

Because you have Pokemon that have dream world abilities, when creating DW Pokemon, you must set the 66 (0x42) Extra Byte to 1.

I'm not 100% sure on this part, but I don't think Dream World Pokemon can be used on Wifi yet because the Dream World isn't opened yet.

Also when creating eggs, the level met must be set to 1.
