Can someone help with M3 cheat files?

I'm trying to get the Event items in Pokemon Emerald on my M3DS Real, unfortunately you can't really convert the savefile to work with an emulator yet, and all cheat files I've found for it either don't work, or give me glitchy items that don't work.

I really want to use Emerald RNG tricks to get me a Shiny Mew, Deoxys etc, but if I can't get the items into the game I can't access the areas, does anyone have a M3 .cht file for Emerald, or would be capable of making one with just the codes for event items?
