I'm currently trying to make a legit looking togepi with tri-attack but on the .pkm database i cant seem to find it.

could anyone help me with the information need like a trainer id and secret id as well as were it was caught?

Trainer ID, Secret ID, and Trainer name are going to be that of your game. It will say Distant Land and the date would be the one that it was Pal Parked.
