How to use Wondercard files with Pokesav HG/SS

There are Wondercard files galore on this website, but what I need is codes. I can't find very good descriptions on how to use these files to create AR DS codes to trigger events in heartgold/soulsilver. Could someone run through the steps? I have pokesav HG/SS 0.03a. If this would be better posted elsewhere, please let me know

This should be posted in the Question/Help thread up above but for quickness it can't be done using HG/SS Pokesav. Mystery Gift editing has been disabled in that version. So you'll have to use something else to do it. I'd suggest the latest version of Pokemon Mystery Gift Editor 1.4.3 which can be found on this site in the Save Editing section.
