Newbie to Poke-gen, and bad at computers in general

I've selected the team I wish to create in Pokegen version 2.312, and then hit Generate. I have the Action Replay code on Microsoft Word, and it's extremely long.. My question is, what do I need to do to transfer this code to the Action Replay, other than manually typing the code in?

Answers are appreciated, and my apologies for being so bad at this kind of thing.

when you click generate it automatically saves to the computers clip board, after you do that follow this video
