Save Game Problems

I'm having difficulty getting PokéSav to read a .sav file, when I open it with PokeSav no information loads yet it works when i play on the DS. I've tried the online convertor however I'm still unable to get a correct file.

how do you get that .sav file? are you using no$gba by any chance?

this webapge will convert any known sav file into a raw compatible with pokésav file or viceversa (once you finished editing it then revert the conversion so that it's compatible with the system you use):

It would also be helpful to point out which game you're playing and which version of Pokesav you're using.
