Pokesav HGSS / BR Problem

I created a Milotic for my team using Pokesav (because I don't feel like breeding the perfect Feebas and then trying to evolve it on HeartGold and SoulSilver). It seems legitamate, but whenever I try to use it to battle somebody online on Pokemon: Battle Revolution, I get the error that I'm not allowed to use it on my Battle Pass. I'm not sure what's causing this error, I was hoping somebody could figure this out for me. Here's all of the Milotic's information:

I want the Milotic to have been hatched from an egg. The egg should have been recieved from the Day Care Couple, and it should have been hatched in Goldenrod City.

Please tell me how I can fix this Milotic to make it work on Pokemon: Battle Revolution. Thanks a bunch!

Lol, you forgot to normalize your stats/PP. That's very likely the problem. Fixed it for you.

You made a mistake in 86h of your Hex, by the way. It's HG/SS and the Pokemon's caught in a Pokeball, so it should read 04 there. Fixed it for you as well.

In the future you should try creating your Pokemon in the PC Storage instead.

Either that, or use PokeGen, which does everything for you easily
