yes its called pal park, you just... follow the story line on diamond and when u win the league, oak will talk to you... go to route 21 and thats it... you can only transfer 6 pkmn per 24 hours period ...

It's important to emphasize "transfer". It is a one-way transfer (the game makes this VERY clear when you go through the process) and your Pokemon can also hold items. Make sure to delete any HM moves because otherwise, you won't be able to Pal-Park your Pokemon.
