Unable to Sync with C-Gear, can anyone help?

Hey everyone. I'm having a problem regarding syncing with C-Gear due to the fact that a Pokemon I have is illegal. The reason being was that I got my hands on a Meraruba egg from the Treasure Hunter. I checked on Pokegen to see what stats it had when it hatches and it wasn't going to be good so I kind of modified it a bit such as changing Natures and IVs to make it suitable for EV training and then have a PID that should be legal but I forgot to set it. When I tried to sync with the C-Gear, it booted me off and I don't know what to do. If anyone can help me, please let me know. My save file is provided in case anyone can help me with this though I am unable to provide photos. If anyone can help, please let me know.

You know you can only sync once a day. That might be your problem, not anything with legality.
