I thought of this because not everyone can use pokeshift function(because it requires 2 ds systems and the japanese leters etc.) I have a pokeshifted Movie Celebi here! Unless they have different values when transferred on shifter...I dunno I compared both old and poke-shifted files and they look the same to me. I believe that the Hex Values are different between Gen IV and Gen V.
