Arceus Plates

okay, first, I'm new so I'm hoping that I'm making this thread properly according to the rules of posting and such, if I'm not, I'm sorry.

Second, I have a question pertaining to heartgold and action replay.

I was wondering if anyone here has a code that I could use in order to obtain all of the arceus plates for heartgold.

I've tried talking to the captain of the ss aqua, since I've gone online searching for a code at least 5 times now, and he doesn't seem to want to give me a plate no matter how many times I talk to him. I even beat everyone on the ship before going to talk to him again, and still nothing.

so, like I said, if anyone has a code so that I can obtain all of the arceus plates in heartgold I would very much appreciate it. thank you in advance.

(or if anyone has information as to why the captain seems to hate me so much, lol)
