Fast Hatch + Instant Egg codes & Hack Checker?

Would pokemon generated by the Instant Egg code and then Hatched by the instant hatch code pass the VGC hack checker? Same with regular hack checkers.

fast hatch doesn't affect the egg, insta-egg does affect the egg. apparently, not in a visible way, but someone could tell you used it if they knew what they were doing. it's supposed to have something to do with the way the game cycles through PIDs and what seed and date are being used. at least, last time i saw discussion about the subject, that was the conclusion. the game ends up skipping seeds/PIDs that it should be using, so that's somehow detectable.

fast hatch just does something like 1 step = 256 steps or 1 step = 512 steps. that should be fine.
